Privacy notice
This notice covers the Vuew public website and early-access requests, not a live creator marketplace. Version: 21 October 2026.
What we collect
Creators provide a name, Instagram handle, email, and an 18-or-older declaration; a phone number is optional. Brand representatives provide company name, email, and phone. We record request type, source page, notice version, and timestamps. We do not collect passwords, OTPs, social-account credentials, payment details, or uploaded content.
Why we use it
We record and respond to your request, assess early-access interest, send a request acknowledgment and relevant access updates, and prevent abuse. If a phone number is provided, the team may call about the request. There are no automated SMS, WhatsApp, advertising campaigns, or purchased mailing lists. Joining does not create an account or verify ownership of an email or Instagram profile.
Providers and technical data
We use Netlify for hosting, Supabase for private database storage, Resend for request emails, and Cloudflare Turnstile for abuse prevention. Providers may process technical information such as IP addresses and browser signals. This Netlify deployment does not load Vercel website analytics or Speed Insights. Our rate-limit counters store keyed hashes, not raw IP addresses, and expire within 24 hours. Application logs exclude submitted form details. Turnstile may use technical storage required for its security challenge.
Browser storage
The privacy notice banner stores an acknowledgment in your browser so it does not reappear on every page. This preference stays on your device and is not used for advertising. Blocking or clearing browser storage may make the notice appear again. Vuew does not use advertising cookies.
Location and access
We aim to host the application and database in Mumbai where supported. Email and security providers may process data elsewhere; we do not promise India-only processing. Contact records are not publicly readable. Access is limited to authorized operators and server-side services. No system can promise absolute security.
Retention
We review unconverted requests after six calendar months, and then delete them unless a documented reason supports another six-month review period. Repeating the form does not renew the record. Deletion removes related email jobs. Minimal operator action records, without contact details, are retained for up to one year. Managed backups and already sent messages follow the approved provider retention settings; deletion from active storage does not recall a delivered email.
Your choices
Contact the support address on this page to request access to your submitted details, correction, withdrawal, or deletion. We may need proportionate evidence that the request concerns your details. Withdrawal stops pending communication where possible; a message already in flight or delivered cannot be recalled. Waitlist status does not prove identity. Do not send passwords or identity documents in your first message.
